What:
Get involved with Young Leader’s Group 1st Technical Assistance Panel! YLG will be helping the First United Methodist Church of Los Angeles explore the development opportunities & make a strategic plan for a high-profile site they own on the southeast corner of Olympic Boulevard and Flower Street . Unlike District Council TAPs, YLG will be performing this work pro bono as part of our community service initiative.

Who:
As a TAP panelist, you will commit one day to hear presentations & review information prepared for you in advance, deliberate and present to the church leaders on the following categories: market potential, planning and design, development, and implementation strategies. Finally, the panel will provide a detailed report outlining its conclusions.
As a TAP Committee Member, you will meet monthly to help with the planning for the big day, and assist church leaders to gather information for the TAP panelists.
